- [ ] Martial arts is so much more than your child learning how to defend themselves. It teaches discipline, confidence, respect and so much more. As parents, these are the things we want to teach our children, but at times it can be hard. Level 10 martial arts college has helped teach my 5 year old all of this and so much more! She started martial arts at the age of 4 and was very shy. She didn’t want to step on the mat, she wanted us by her side and she would barely talk. After a couple classes she was on the mat and gaining confidence with each class. She is still a little shy and timid, but it definitely takes her out of her comfort zone. One of the main things I have loved about level 10 is how they teach the children that it is ok to fail at things, as long as you get up and try again. I think this is an important life lesson and I am so glad she is learning it at such a young age. Level 10 martial arts is definitely the best martial arts school around. I would recommend this school for any and every child!

We signed up our 5 year old granddaughter for a 6-week trial, thinking it would give her something fun to do. What we didnt expect was this same 5 year old little girl that loves her new found martial arts family and all that is learning. Her confidence, discipline, respect, skills and focus have amazed us. She has been attending for almost 6 months and Master Theros and Instructor Mrs. Theros truly care for their students of all ages and are teaching far more than karate martial arts!! As a woman of faith, we are blessed to have found Level 10, with a wonderful foundation and values that they show in the way they live and instruct!!

My son and husband both attend classes at Level 10 and always look forward to going. From day one we were treated like family. Master Theros and Mrs. Theros are amazing instructors and know how to bring out the best in each and every student at any age. We have attended other local martial arts studios and Level 10 is by far the most professional on every level. We enrolled our son in Level 10 Martial Arts in October 2017. We had been looking for the right martial arts school for a year. We were looking for combination of experience and most importantly leadership and character. We found exactly what we were looking for in Level 10 Martial Arts and Master Theros and Mrs Theros. My son started at this school shortly after turning 3 and is now about to be 7. I never imagined that he would still be here after starting at such a young age. I surely thought he would’ve lost interest at this point however it is quite the opposite. He ended up joining their black belt club which is committing yourself to training to earn your black belt. He completed their little ninja program and earning that black belt and has now moved onto to their regular program and working his way up in rank. His teacher is beyond amazing with these kids and has done wonders for my sons confidence, discipline and respect. I am so grateful and thankful for all this school has done for us as a family. There is no place better for martial arts training.

My husband and I signed our daughter up during the summer under their 4th of July special. I thought it would give her a few weeks of something fun to do with other kids her age. Level 10 has become so much more than that, it's become another family for us. She absolutely loves going to karate class every week and talks about going daily. At 4 years old she practices at home on her own to improve her skills for class and is taking pride in her accomplishments. They teach so much more than punches and kicks at this school. It's skills everyone should know and use daily in life. We couldn't be happier as a family to have found this school. Not only for the self defense and everyday life skills but for the life long friendships I'm watching my daughter build. If you or your kid is looking to get into martial arts seriously look no further. I don't think it can get better than this school!!

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this martial arts school. We signed up under a great online deal for the 6 weeks of class to see how our son would do before going full steam ahead. He is a very high energy 5 year old who has a very healthy but not always good attitude and surprising can be very shy at times. He also would get very frustrated and angry if he didn’t get things right the first time. That is until we brought him to level 10. I will admit when we first asked if he wanted to go to karate he said no and would get angry and yell at us, I don’t know why but he was very vocal about his dislike of the idea, he wanted to go back to soccer but Soccer wasn’t available at the time. We took him to a class to watch after he agreed he would do that at least, it was a fun low key class day because of hurricane Irma Master Theros and Mrs. Theros just wanted to give the kids a good time after the storm. My son would watch most of the class then suddenly at the end he finally wanted to join the fun not realizing he missed most of it. I asked if he wanted to come to a class for the full time and he said yes. Mrs. Theros gave him his uniform that day and we came back for his first lesson a couple days later. He jumped right into it, a little shy at first but looking at him now you would never know he was once that shy kid in class. Flash forward to almost 3 months later, this week he tests for his yellow belt. He has improved significantly in every single way not only in his lessons (which I am beyond impressed how well he has picked up on) but the way he is at home and in School. His kindergarten teacher noticed a change in him over time and asked me what we did at home and I proudly was able to say martial arts. His yes ma’am’s and yes sir’s are on point, he is not afraid to fail and try again and he listens so much better then he did before. He is still a 5 year old so he is still learning his boundaries but level 10 concentrates heavily on respect and focus which has truly become a way of life for our son. If he misbehaves I always ask him if master or Mrs. Theros would be ok with the way he is talking to us or how he treated a friend in school and he quickly shapes up. Another great thing is since my son is in the little ninjas program they concentrate on safety as well as self defense not only against kids their age but also in case an adult tries to hurt them or take them. I would highly recommend this school to anyone who wants to join martial arts for themselves or for their children. They will absolutely love it and you will have such a tremendous joy watching your children grow and have a level of proud you never expected you could have. Thank you level 10 we are so happy to be a part of the family!

Closing to the end of the year and the second trimester, I can not be more happy of my decision to bring Karlo to this school. Karlo have never been too much into sports, he only showed interest in Karate 2 years ago when we lived in Miami. I got to the school referred by a co-worker, a new school with a good offer to start and see for a couple of months is Karlo was up for the commitment. When I saw that he was interested, excited and ready to go back to Martial Arts, I checked other schools close to where I live, because my drive to school is 20-30 minutes depending on traffic. With all due Respect, other schools close to home have good teachers, but the family atmosphere, the Respect First, the Formation of a Human Being with Good Manners, Discipline and the Patience and Dedication that I found at Level 10 Martial Arts College that Master Theros & Mrs. Theros put every single day with every student I can assure you, you will not find it in other school. The change with attitude, self confidence and respect that Karlo have shown since he is there have impacted in a positive way not only the day to day but even his performance at school. If you decide to come and be a part of the Level 10 Family, you will be taking a really important decision for your child, not only now but for the future.

My son has been training with Master Theros for 8 years since he was 4.5 years old. He trains at the Indianapolis location. We absolutely LOVE Level 10 Martial Arts College. They are our second family. Training at LTMA has taught my son self-defense skills, self-discipline, focus, respect, humility, leadership skills, and many other good things. My son is a straight As student, 2nd degree Jr. black belt, philanthropist, and student council 8th grade Rep. I thank LTMA for their positive influence on my son. Level 10 is certainly special! From my son's first field trip there, to the phone calls I made asking tons of questions :-) to his first real class where they knew his name and greeted us as soon as we walked in the door! Every day when we come in for class we see and are greeted by the same smiling faces (and lots of new ones) and are treated like family! Master Theros is very patient and relates the history of the Arts to current situations helping people learn even more, keeping it fun and interesting. My son is still just as excited to go to class after over a year of training and even more dedicated and proud to be working towards earning his black belt in Martial Arts through Level 10 and becoming the best young man he can be, using and applying Focus, Discipline & Respect!

Lot's of fun and the instructioners are nice and are very helpful and the Black Belts are always helping out in the classes and if you don't understand something they will help you with it and all of my class mates are helpful to because they always boost you up by saying you can do it.
