My two boys started going to Level 10 about a year ago. We started martial arts looking for ways to improve our children's respect as well as personal development. After their first couple of months I was so impressed with the teachings from Master Theros and the school as a whole that I decided to become a student myself (with no martial arts background at all). It has truly been life changing. Helping to not only develop more physical ability (strength, flexibility, coordination, etc) but also life skills, personal development and leadership. This is a great martial arts school with a great teacher and supporting family, I cannot recommend it enough for the impact it will have not only on your kids lives, but yours as well.
